I am looking at an 8 tap century tower but had a question. I am installing it in a bev air dd-50. It currently has a 3 inch hole for the tower. I know I will need to drill new mounting screw holes but will the draft lines fit through the exsisting 3 inch hole?

I used my 300 micron filter today brewing a pumpkin ale and it worked great. I am very happy with the purchase. It kept almost all the hop material out of the boil kettle and fermenter. I will be buying a second one soon for my larger brew pot. Thanks Chad!

I subscribed. I have been wondering the same thing. I am building an 8 keg setup and don't know if it is worth the price for secondary regulators or just get manifolds. Maybe two regulators with manifolds?

I am looking at one of Craigslist that is in good shape. It holds 8 corny kegs. I was wondering if anyone has one and likes it or if anyone knows anything about these? I know I like my perlick 525's. The kegerator model is DS3KP.

According to John Palmer, copper actually helps with fermentation. Some brewery's that use stainless kettles, add a piece of copper into the boil to add copper to the wort. Hope that helps!

Looks great. Did you drill a hole in the HLT to mount the temp sensor? How did that workout? I know most people take out the thermometer and use that hole instead. What do you use the other two pumps for if you have the tower of power pump already? Thanks again for the picture!

Make sure your netbook has a screen resolution of 1280 x 800 or greater. I am looking at buying the TOP and installed the free software on my netbook last week. You can't view all of the boxes for the software with lower resolution. Just figured I would throw that out there.
