Thats the weird thing. I only had 1/3 tank worth in the gas can leftover from last summer. It was still clear, fully liquid and smelled of gas. Was stored away from moisture (other than the ridiculous 80-90% summertime humidity) and somehow still went bad in 6 months time. Never had that...

Finished brisket. Did a hotter faster cook at 275 then wrapped in foil at 170 something. So, unfortunately no real bark to speak of but it's tasty.

Turns out it had to be the gas. I filled up a gas can fresh and tried swapping it out and it decided to start up without issue. Kind of surprising that last years gas went bad that quickly. Oh well.

Supposedly drilling holes in the stumps and filling with powdered milk will promote the rotting of the stumps and help you get rid of them.
