    Pumpkin Flavor not coming out

I cant answer what is better or why. Everyone has their own thing and what works for them. I was taking advice from a pro brewer that I've known for years and it came out great. I try to measure out my batches to 5.25 gal. Post boil. I'm still working on getting that consistent, but the method...

    Best SMaSH recipe you've made???

Good idea. The late hop addition IPA I brewed a few months ago has been my best one yet. I didnt add any hops until there was 20 mins. left in the boil. It wasnt a SMaSH, but it turned out great!

Bananas Foster Creamy Ale (All Grain) **pic intensive**

This sounded too interesting to pass up. I brewed this about 9 days ago. Ended up 1.080 OG. I followed the OP's recipe other than using Capt. Morgan and my Saaz were lower in AA. I dont really drink rum so I didnt feel like spending the money on a 5th Sailor Jerry when all I need is 4 shots...

Making a super light SRM colored ALE

I do a White Pale Ale with 50% Pilsen 2 row and 50% White Wheat and mash around 158/159. It comes out about 3 srm and is pretty damn tasty.
