They were actually$10.50 with free shipping, I bought a ton of them. My stand is all hard plumbed with stainless and they work great.

A compression fitting fits on the outside of a tube. It doesn't matter what the inside measurement is, you need the OD to be the same. If your using 1/2" tubing you need a 1/2" compression fitting.

Yes need and want more power that's why I want it, but it does not say it's FDA compliant like the march pumps and only rated at 200.

I only have 7 taps in my garage and a 2 tap kegerator in my kitchen, so 9 all together.

I have not found a place in Bergen county that has good price on them. I got all of mine online for $25 each with shipping, I see them on craigslist.com every once in a while.

Can it handle boiling temperatures?

I do not have an electric set up, I'm using propane with burners. The stand is just called an electric stand. There are lots of electric setups on here, just do a search.

For $250 brewersequipment.com has an electric brew stand. I just got mine and spent a couple bucks on black pipe and now have a stand.

Do you have the inside dimensions? Wondering if my conical would fit in there.
