My bottles hiss but very low carb

How long are you allowing in the fridge? Like Kent said I was having problems with carb after 3 weeks and was just throwing one in the freezer after work to chill for an hour then trying . When i did a 2-3 day cold crash in the fridge the carbonation was noticeably better, not sure why but might try

    Zero carbonation after 3 weeks?

I gotta think the extra fridge time helped this a bunch. Last thing i would have ever thought. I was just throwing it in the freezer for an hour before to test one.

    Zero carbonation after 3 weeks?

Good advice fellas. I put one above the fridge in a cabinet (warmer) then to the fridge for a couple days. Did a fairly aggressive pour and had some good carb! Still needs a bit more but much better, loving this brew!
