Looks great :) At what temp are you fermenting both of your beers at? I don't think I've seen the collar hooked up to the lid like that on the keezer. Seems like a lot of weight. Why not hook the collar to the base instead of the lid, just curious.

I like the idea of the shape and size of the tank.... personally, I'm not worried about the tank still looking like a fire extinguisher or using the extinguisher parts/handle. However, if it could be rigged it would be cool, but not a point of necessity for me.

I had similar questions to the ones that Bakersbrew had, glad to see this thread. Quick question, do you need a temp controller? or is the freezer controller on the unit being used... i.e., set on the highest level possible?
