I'm no aware of any current vendor that is selling this kind of testing. It might certainly benefit the homebrewer community to have access to this kind of thing.

Pretty excited about the Wings game tonight. Haven't got to see them much lately, and even though they are a young and mediocre team right now, they have potential and you never know how they are going to perform against any other team. And it's a good excuse to drink beer and yell at the TV...

We've all been there! HA HA HA! NO WE HAVEN'T! But there have been plenty of minor mishaps by most everyone here. My advice for next time is to keep the beer in the fridge until after you done brewing. Things tend to go much smoother that way.

These were a big hit at Xmas. I think they were just a bit too soft, and maybe the spices need a bit of tweaking, but really very good! I chose to bake them in the oven before combining with the sauce. I have to remeber to try these with Ramps (wild leeks) in the springtime.

My wife wanted Shortbread cookies for Christmas. I got her some storebought for her stocking, but since I'm on vacation today brewing beer, I decided to try this recipe and see how she likes it. Cooking for her is my second favorite way to please her!
