    Rogue Chocolate Stout Clone Help

The 90 minute boil may be for a full boil. I usually put extracts in 50% at the beginning and then the other 50% halfway through the boil. It helps avoid the "extract twang".

I run an online business and place many orders each day from typically the same vendors using this card. Three Floyd's Gumball Head Extract Clone?

Just wanted to thank you for all the information here. I live on the south side of Chicago, about 30 minutes from 3 floyds and have been drinking gumballhead for quite a while. Will be brewing this recipe up tomorrow night but with the london ESB 1968 yeast, it seems like that's correct.

Ever have a credit card number stolen???

I've been the victim of fraud within the past 24 hours, and remembered seeing this thread here. It seems that AHS may still be having problems. This combined with the full week turnaround for order fullfillment will cause me not to order with them again :(

Belgian Dark Strong Ale Easy Chimay Blue clone

I've had this in the primary for about two weeks, using the WLP500 yeast. It definitely is missing those dark fruit tastes and is a bit sweet still (as of saturday, my last sample) but tastes excellent. Wishing I had used the Wyeast 3787 :)

has anyone tried the brewers best oatmeal stout kit

Did your instructions include the extra page from brewers best about the partial mash? I reached the proper final gravity though it took over a month in primary. Kegged it yesterday and will give it a week or two before first tastings.
