Hoping to reopen this thread! Any chance you could provide the dimensions of that brew stand? It's one of the cleanest Brutus builds I've seen yet. Also, after using it for a yr plus, any things you'd want to leave off or add? Cheers!

This may already have been asked, but if so, I'm too glazed over from all the beauty to see it. Does anyone know of a good place or store to get a single or two-tier brew stand? And if not an actual brew stand, perhaps a rack that can be converted over to one with some sweat? I don't have any...

If every 16oz bottle of POM juice contains the nectar of 4 pomegranates, then you used about 16 of 'em in 5 gallons. Hell, that's a huge sell for the juice over using the fruit itself. I'm doing something very similar with a basic American Wheat, where I'll add POM or Black Currant juice...

Did you end up going with a Pomegranate fruit concentrate or using POM?

If the SO requests it, it's best to deliver. That's how you can get the beer credit to buy ridiculous amounts of hops for your own Double IPAs.
