    experience with Sinamar?

cool. so no boil required necessarily, and when they say no flavor they mean NO flavor? that sounds too good/easy to be true :) will maybe try a drop or 2 in secondary. will report back, but only if the gentleman i brew with wants to try this too

    experience with Sinamar?

We have been brewing stouts and the first one turned out brown. does anyone have experience using Sinamar from Wyermann? I am wondering whether i could either add directly, or dilute into a mini Worter with some extract and dilute in that? Any suggestions on making this stout look like a stout?

    Peace Coffee stout porter blend?

hey guys, regarding the use of Oats. my pack says to cook for 30 minutes. that means it's raw and needs to be cereal mashed right? for the cereal mash, do you boil the oats and then put both the water and the oats into the mash, or only the oats? any tips?

What do oats do? And how do I use them?

hey guys. once you have cooked the oats, do you still add the oats AND the water it cooked in to the mash with the rest of the grains? or just the oats?

    dialing in keg pressure

trying very hard not to swear right now :) that was just silly of me then. we are about 1.9/2 meters short then. I think i will go for the full 5 Meters and a slightly less carbonated beer for right now. i thought i hd read that the fatter lines are less likely to pull Co2 out of solution so...

    Scheduling for the month

Thanks Termous - that sounds about right to be honest - it's just not "the answer i wanted" :) the second option is what i was thinking as well, but i feel i am looking for a solution that does not exist since my freezer cannot be at 3C and 19C simultaneously... the problem with the latter...

    Scheduling for the month

Hi all, we are trying to get a good rhythm going for our brewing month but are having trouble conceptualizing - any ideas on how to go about this or even how to think about this? we are currently fermenting in a 400L chest freezer with a temp. controler on it. the freezer has room for 2 20L...

    dialing in keg pressure
