Cleaned the beer fridge. Cleaned 3 kegs. Kegged an Irish Stout and a Wheatish Saison and put the latter on high psi for a day. I want it ready for a party next Saturday.

Brewed a Belgian Amber yesterday. Used the Blichmann Hellfire I bought last year for the first time. Wow. Amazing. You know what else was amazing? How light my tank felt when I was finished!
