I haven't opened one since bottling - want to do a side-by-side test later this week, but it is supposed to remain carbonated. Plus the gun has a trigger to purge the bottle with CO2 prior to filling, so if anything it should be better off than using a bottling wand.

Had some straight out of the bottle and it was good (if a tad sweet) then I put some in the French press with Sumatra Gunung Goya coffee and it became sublime. Time to buy a Randall I think.
