I find that this type of situation entirely depends on the flexibility of the owner of the place youre holding this event at. There are obvious legal implications but like was previously stated, youre not holding a 25,000 person event... I wouldnt foresee a problem. although you never know

Nice work! I agree on the airlock... first time tends to be focused on if fermentation is happening and when you should bottle.. I know I spent hours pining over the fact that I couldn't see active fermentation through my blow-off tube... turns out the yeast were well on their way to fermenting...

I would say that its quite possible that missing the mash temp was a culprit in your efficiency... although for a first AG 65% isn't that bad! As for the calculations... I couldn't tell you.. brewhouse efficiency is one of the things of AG brewing I have yet undertaken to fully understand. Good...

Hey everyone... I just went to home depot and bought one of those compressed oxygen tanks the same style as like a small propane tank or MAP gas tank.. my question is where can i find a regulator to allow me to use that tank to inject oxygen into my wort?
