    I already make my own candi syrup ( see the following thread : https://www.homebrewtalk.com/forum/threads/20-lb-of-sugar-and-a-jar-of-yeast-nutrient.114837/ ) So it will be interesting to compare dark candi syrup ( using DAP ) and dark inverted sugar ( using citric acid ) .
