Just did a amber ale and got 107%ish conversion. Used 4 different websites all around the same. Turned gap on mill to .025.

Would anyone still buy hops from 2014, 2015 from yakima valley? I know there stored probably by them and suck just wondering what people 2 cents were on this

Yea I was worried because some people said it took away some hop aromas but I figured what the heck I'll try it

Just poured gelatine in my amber ale. Using this for the first time, beer is cold crashing at 38 right now going to keg it on Tuesday. We will see how it goes and looks
