I have an awesome pale ale. I just perfected the clone recipe of a brewery in Pullman wa. In over 600 gallons of brewing this is by far the best beer I have ever made. If you're interested I'll post a pic of the recipe. It's more on the sweet side. Not malty but sweet. Very good

How do you like the ash smoke? I just recently removed an ash tree from my backyard. Kept the wood for summer fires. Didn't know it was useful for smoking

I spray mine down with Pam. Keeping it in the house instead of the garage will help as well
