    RIMS for Dummies

Since the list on the first post was last updated in 2009, I just want to check something. Is the generally accepted "best parts" list is still the same? I'm basically looking at http://www.brewhardware.com/rimsherms-parts/122-rims for the body Adding a 1 1/2" SS Camlock pairing to...

JSP Malt Mill vs AHB Cereal Killer vs ...? Help!

That thread basically says what I said in my previous post. It's also the mirrors most of what I've found in my searching. Bigger is better. The question is how much better? If you tell me that based on the quality of crush, I can only expect a maximum of 73% efficiency with a 1.5" roller...

    My One Vessel AG System

He spoke of cleaning the large basket and using it for good after the first test batch. He did a boil test and found it might be trapping bubbles. In the second batch, he speaks of cleaning the basket after mash making its use in boil ambiguous.

    Training hops vines

I grew mine last year in a pot. I trained the vines to grow in a spiral up. Once they filled in, they kinda looked like a cylinder. I stripped the bottom leaves to make sure the whole plant had ventilation. It worked well, but I think I need to extend the support poles this year.
