    2.5 Gallon Sanke Keg.....

Hmm, I wonder what the price runs for something like 20 characters. I might have to drop them a line.

    2.5 Gallon Sanke Keg.....

Ah, well if they're 316 on the inside, it's all good. What type of spear is it? Who makes them?

    2.5 Gallon Sanke Keg.....

    Plastic kegs? No thanks.

    2.5 Gallon Sanke Keg.....

They exist, although you'll see them marketed at 10L. Gopher Kegs and Geemacher both carry them. Gopher runs about $60/per. I don't know if they sell to individuals or not though. If they do, please post an update here.

    Brewie

Pre-orders are now live on their website. They're 20% off MSRP and claiming a delivery in "mid 2016". If anyone happens to stop by their booth at CES, I'd love to hear your input on how legit the machine is and your perception of their ability to deliver. I'm also curious if the US version is...

    NHC2015 presentation reviews

I listened to all the NHC presentation reviews (at least twice) so you wouldn't have to. Here's a low down on what went down... http://immaculatebrewery.com/nhc-2015-review-pt-1/ I'll follow up with part 2 shortly.

    Harvesting hops at home

Harvesting hops at home I previously wrote about starting to grow hops at home and fall hops maintenance, so this should bring it full circle.

How To Read a Malt Analysis Report

I deleted most of what I wrote, so I'd have to start all over again. I kind of want to do another Simple Brewing Science post or two to help readers understand and to use as reference, but maybe it would be easier to go the other way (from practical into scientific concepts). It's also not...

How To Read a Malt Analysis Report

Yup. This post was originally much longer and more in depth, but I realized people would probably glaze over. I thought it more prudent to post something more top level, let people read over it and ask questions, then compile those questions into a new post (if I get enough of them) to do...

How To Read a Malt Analysis Report

I finally got the time to finish a post on how to read malt specifications. It seems like hops and yeast get all our attention now a days and I wouldn't want malt to get jealous. http://immaculatebrewery.com/how-to-read-a-malt-analysis-report/

Q for those using sanke kegs

What type of spear do you have; threaded, drop in, or micromatic drop in? Why'd you pick that spear type? I'm just looking for any practical considerations or hands on experience with the different types. Thanks!

    When To Dump A Beer

I cover some of the points you make of "when to save", but the point of the article is to try and cover what's a dumper and what's not. I think too many people repeat the "never dump a batch" mantra have never actually tried some of the solutions they're suggesting. For instance, you're not...
