Acetone is an idea. Not sure if I want to put my mouth around that after though. My concentration has been 1 full scoop per 5 gallons.

These things are a biznatch to get off! Anyone had any luck with a technique they use for getting those labels off. I've tried a oxyclean soak for about a week but they are still on there as strong as ever.

I use a venturi tube. Only used it once but it seemed to do the job. Still trying to get it dialed in

+1 for the Fermcap! I do a 6.25 gal boil in a 7.5 gal pot and never have to worry. The stuff is worth its weight in gold
