From what I see most PID's have 12VDC output that control the SSR. The Auber input control voltage on the SSR you linked to is 3-32VDC my SSR is 70-280VAC.

I am going to use the 2.5 of each in the 5 gallon batch. I am planning on different hops all together in the 3 gallon one. I used 1oz of home grown hops from my yard, strain unknown at 60 along with .5oz of columbus and then .5oz of willamete at 10 min. not sure on the dry hop for that one yet.
