After all the great replies so far, I think I'll let it sit in the keg for an additional 2 weeks (if I can last that long). I know the priming sugar is used in order to carbonate the beer once in the bottle, but am I losing any flavoring by not using sugar? Heck, if I have to wait two weeks...
