Venturing into pressure fermenting
Just purchased a BrewBuilt X1 Uni Pro 14 gallon conical from More Beer. Hoping to be delivered in a couple of weeks. So I have everything to try fermenting under pressure. My plan is to start fermenting with 10 lbs of pressure and transfer under co2 pressure to my kegs using a spunding valve to...- LD-Ordie

Cleaning old, OLD kegs
I sure could have used this idea years ago when I first acquired my Corny tanks. They were all partially filled with syrup and were a real mess to deal with! Leaving out in the sun at 115 degrees helped get it all out- LD-Ordie

Dry Irish Stout - Creamy without Nitro?
Going to be brewing my first Irish Stout in the near future. I do have the correct faucet, but do not want to jump into the extra equipment for nitrogen until I feel it's something I want to stick with. Hoping for a decent first attempt- LD-Ordie
