Good point! I've used S-05 in a couple of pale ales. Turned out good. Maybe I should try one of the earlier listed, and S-05 for the other. Anyone have input on type of hops, addition times. what type of grains to steep...etc.

I had planed on brewing on Sunday, but decided at 9:30ish and brew on Sat. night. Got everything together, and organized, and started a brew session. Couple of firsts this session...first full boil, first time using wort chiller, and using a couple new varieties of hops I've never used before...

Ubuntu rocks. I run it on my home computer!

and was quite surprised to see a new beer. It's a brewery in Kansas City (about 3 hours from me). Glad they put out an IPA! Now I'm off to drink a few of them!!!

I am surprised as well. Some people even looked down on me for quitting work to stay at home. It just made sense with our situation, and I really hated my job at the time! It's good to know there are good dads out there...hopefully more of us than there are dead-beat dads!!!

I was a stay at home dad for about 2 years. I've been back to work for about 14 months now. It was a very rewarding thing to spend time with my son as he was growing up. However, I am glad to be back to work. He is enjoying daycare now. Just want to say it's nice to know that other guys out...

You can, but it will only dilute it. I would just leave it alone, and be a few beers short. Better to have less of a good beer, than more of an ok beer!
