Scared my first homebrew is infected.

Scared my first homebrew is infected.

Looks normal. Close the lid, and let it sit for a couple weeks! Then bottle it. A few more weeks after that, you can start to enjoy them!!!

    Sleep Talkin'

I'm sure many of you have heard of this guy, but for those who haven't.... http://sleeptalkinman.blogspot.com/ I think it's a bit amusing. I have a 4 1/2 year old son that sometimes talks in his sleep. It's hilarious. Sometimes he will respond if you talk to him while he is doing it.

    Joke of the Day

What is the difference between Jesus, and a picture of Jesus? It only takes one nail to hang the picture. (don't get offended....it's only a joke!)

The guys at New Belgium are pretty cool

They are a cool brewery. And for those who do not know, (I myself didn't until today) they have come out with an IPA. It's called Ranger IPA. A beer rep. gave me a couple of them today. I drank one right away...I really liked it. :mug:

    First All Grain Attempt!

Just an update. Brew day went well. 5 hours including clean-up. I'd say for my first time, and not knowing how my mash tun would work, I did alright. Was looking to mash at 154, but was more like 151. It was at 149 after the hour, so that's not bad. Was a couple degrees under with the...
