Burners no longer come with the TopTier Wings. They can fully function as floor burners or be mounted to a Brutus style stand.

I have three blichmann toptier burners. Were used on the toptier stand, but it was stolen. Currently have the wings attached for use on a TT stand or could be used on the ground. $75 each in the houston area.

My toptier was misplaced/stolen. Looking for a new toptier stand. I don't need any burners or shelves, but may be interested if you don't want to break up the set.
