People, first of all, I didnt do anything yet, but my doubt is even I do ajust on RPi time, both (main graphic and beer profile graphic) take time information, theorically, from the same source (RPi). So, why is happening these divergency from time of the 2 graphics?

@day_tripp, but a RTC is really necessary? I would like to solve my problem and operate like everybody. 😁

@mr_so, you are almost right. It is only a local network, without internet access. My beer production is in a small city and I havent internet there.

@day_trippr, thanks again. Still working good without weird characters. I would like to ask how close beer temperature (BT) near to set point (SP). If you look to picture attached, you can see that the BT is not too close to SP. I imagene that a good difference was 0.1°C and not almost 0.4°C...
