    What are you drinking now?

I feel so inferior to yuns lol I am not into all these fancy beers. I just brew what I like to drink and every now and then I try something different.

    What are you drinking now?

    What are you drinking now?

Here in North Dakota we have had a severe drought and could use the rain. I will even throw in a gallon of my 'Color of Your Energy' to sweeten the deal.

    What are you drinking now?

I'll trade you the downpour for 95° and sunny

    What are you drinking now?

I don't have the space to do that, at least not yet.

    What are you drinking now?

Definitely my plan but I want it to condition just a bit longer to clean up.

    What are you drinking now?

The only HB I have ready is my Color of Your Energy, and if this keg kicks I have another one that is all carb'd and ready to go. Now if my Kolsch, which I just kegged, conditions it should be ready in about a week or so.

What came in the mail for you today?

I am quite intrigued as to how this turned out. I am looking for something very close to Yuengling as it reminds of of back home.

    DigiBoil Electric Kettle - 35L/9.25G (110V)

I have the 35L Digiboil but have yet to use it. I don't have a lot to offer as to its abilities, but I can say that its claims of being good for sous vide are not very practical. I look forward to reading more experiences before I use it for brewing.

    What are you drinking now?

My amber, which I call 'Color of Your Energy' is as refreshing as drinking an iced tea and just as smooth, but be careful, at 5.6% it will creep up on you.

    Good deal or no?

Guess I will just hold off then and see where BIAB takes me. Thanks for the comment.

    Can't contain my excitement!!!

I am gonna revive this post because I am fixin to do my first biab. I have been brewing extracts for about 18 months now and have brewed easy, intermediate, and advanced all with decent results. I bought an Amber as my first ag kit. This post just lit a fire under me and now I want to do it...

    Sanke Keg possibilities

That is a pretty good option too, perhaps down the road I will return it. I really didn't want to cut it up.

    Sanke Keg possibilities

I have a 15.5 gallon sanke keg that I have been kicking around for awhile now. Logically I should return it for the $50 deposit, but where else would you get a 15.5 gallon fermenter or keggle? The real question remains is which do I want to do with it? Now I did by the NorCal Cross to use it...

Opening My Own Local Home Brew Shop

I see it has been quite awhile since there were any updates, I am very interested in knowing how things turn out. I have been kicking around the idea of a LHBS here where I live.
