    Sounds you are missing/looking for yeast flavors (banana/clove) ? If so that would narrow down a whole lot of your post. What yeast did you use and what temperature was the room in which the beer fermented? And if you are looking for a creamier AL/GR hefeweizen backbone, that I am curious...

    Did you check the wort temperatures in each vessel when you pitched the yeast? Were they they same temperature? I would pitch more yeast in the quiet one even if it could pick up by tomorrow.. just to speed things up.

    TGIF is a place for kid's hamburgers. A place that doesn't allow 'rare' meat or has Sam Adams as the only halfway decent beer is just a typical chain restaurant that only cares for being bland and not being liable for anything.

    To be fair, searching "Julius Echter Dunkel ****S" doesn't yield many **** images or beer images. I thought I was going to see rows and columns of normal women without huge cleavage drinking but no.
