The temps that you gave, were those wort temps or ambient air temps that the fermenter was in?

My neighborhood puts lights everywhere and I have to drag a hose down to my garage to brew so I haven't brewed since Thanksgiving. Right after Nye I was injured and could not get my right arm wet until this week, and my wife and I just cleaned out the brewhouse!

I have a similar beverage air and I hooked it up to an inkbird type controller instead of replacing the thermostat, and it works fine. Just in case you get lazy
