Mine has changed prior to home brew I was a new Belgium only man. I also was not a fan of ipa's now ipa's and I'll try just about anything and search for anything with citra hops in it.

Carmen who was one of the people running it said they would mail out the notes in a week or so and have them online. They only had 33 entries so they only did best in show at the awards. I'm curious to know how my 4 did also.

So I'm thinking of purchasing a glass carboy I'm currently using plastic. The only downside I see could be breakability. Buy could it effect taste? I've noticed a plastic type taste in one of my beers before.

If I was my dad take a salt tablet and run a lap. But in all honesty sorry to hear that it's hard to scrap something you've worked hard on. The next batch will be better.
