    As the title suggests hit me with your best idea Im personally thinking of dry hopping my honey pale ale (Pale ale with 3.5lbs of orange blossom honey) using the galaxy hops but I'm not sure. All suggestions are welcomed seeing as how I've never used this hop before but I'd like to try cheers :mug:

    Having messed around with both I suggest the dry Irish stout I ha consistency issues with the stout. Now that could be because I was new to brewing at the time but the dry Irish I had more luck with.
