    What's in your fermenter(s)?

    Black IPA, a partial mash which has proven to be my most consistent brew so far. 1 week in the primary, considering racking to carboy and dry hopping. Shall see how it goes :)

    What's your profession?

    Have a degree in electrical engineering but wasn't into it at all by the time I finished college. So, after doing a few different things, I work in a bicycle shop. Sales and repairs. And I love it :)

    There is a Guinness quality team and they do maintain the taps very well In my humble opinion short lines that are well looked after are the cornerstone of a decent pint of Guinness:mug:

    A bit woozy but the wife is getting better by the hour. Well looked after Little lad is gonna be in an incubator for a few weeks but best place for him for now :mug:

    Sorry to quote myself, but a little brewer born tonight :D Only 33 weeks but a 4 pound, 5 oz boy and I couldn't be prouder :)

    Bottled an APA kit. The wife is in hospital due to pre-eclampsia. 33 weeks pregnant and they may have to bring the little nipper out early. Still a few weeks off hopefully. She ain't getting out anytime soon but is in right place. Well looked after and safe. So seeing as I am home alone I may...

    5 gallons Fullers ESB clone, 5 gallon APA kit 13,653 + 10 = 13,663

    Fuller's ESB clone but the White Labs yeast definitely smelt a bit off when pitching and bubbling ain't too lively after 72 hours. Not given up yet but not full of confidence.

    Kegworks will ship from the States, plus they will give you the final price you pay at checkout, so no worrying about customs adding on charges :)

    What I did for beer today

    Kegged a Brooklyn Summer ale clone which is for next Sunday at my in-laws. It is St. Patrick's day on the Monday and they are 25 years in the house, so a bbq/session is the order of the day. Beer tasted very nice too :)

    Kegged a black IPA, sample tasted very nice indeed. Transferred Brooklyn summer ale clone to secondary. Shall drink some O'Haras IPA later on with my dinner, taking the wife to a gastro pub for Valentines day
