What was your Gatewaybeer to craft beer?

Started with Sierra Nevada then had a bottle of Stone Ruination and arrogant Bastard. After that I was hooked!

    Cold Break...from hell?

That seems like an awful lot. I've been using half a tablet the last year or so in 6 gallon batches and I think it's more than enough. The only time I've seen this happen is too much irish moss or whirlflock etc

    Cold Break...from hell?

Seen it before. How much whirlflock did you use?

    Sweet Stout Deception Cream Stout

Brewed this yesterday as my first brew on a whole new rig. Mash efficiency was great but my boil off was way less than I anticipated and ended up a good bit under gravity. Aw well. Hydrometer sample still made me excited for the roast and coffee taste.

Dismantle Brew Kettle and Clean Spigot?

There's a whole article on brulosophy about a brewer who had bad batches for an extended period of time. It was caused by his ball valve. It happens

What pump from these 2 do you recommend?

People need to be careful recommending random chugger pumps on eBay. In Europe he's on at least 230v probably 240. If someone over here in Europe goes and buys an American chugger without checking in advance they're in a pickle.

Blichmann Beer Gun or is it?

I have one, does the job. Only thing is you still need everything that comes with the blichmann connection kit.

    Priming 3 gal kegs

refractometer s hydrometer frist 10 gallon brew day

Haha called it! Same thing happened to me last year. The hbs sent it by accident and I couldn't understand for the life of me why it was reading like that.

Nice! Hope you like the MCI malt. It's so awesome to see a company around the corner from me doing well outside Ireland.

    Cheap compact wort pump

I've used mine for a number of brew days now. During my second brew day my pump stopped working as well. Turns out just running hot pbw through it at the end of a brew day wasn't enough. And the impeller was stuck. Now at the end of a brew day I put mine into a small bucket of hot pbw and let...

How do you mount your Ball Valves?

Ah ok fair enough. Usually in situations like that the ball valve is hard plumbed in but I realise that is an extra expense/job

How do you mount your Ball Valves?

I'm not really sure what you're trying to do. Once you've screwed something into the three ports it'll be mounted. Unless you were planning on running silicone tubing out of all three outlets or something.

How many gallons of homebrew in 2015?

    11865.5 + 6 gallons Belgians golden strong. = 11871.5

    Hop Bottle

That's strange, there shouldn't be any DMS. Malt extract has already been boiled then dehydrated. People use dme with cooper's kits etc and never have dms issues.

I need help with my stir plate build Please.

Like day said. You're running a 5VDC power supply into a PWM that is 10v minimum according to the ebay page into what I assume is a 12v fan. Please be careful with electricity, I think you need to do a bit more research.
