Yep, I went the one more beer route. Made a compromise though - it's a regular bottle (330ml) instead of 500ml, and it's a session IPA. Can't wait to brew the black IPA this upcoming weekend. Not sure what I'll make after that. Possibly an ESB or a porter.

I like my IPAs to finish with a bit of sweetness. FG of around 1.014 is perfect for me, and I always toss in a bit of crystal malt. Just finished a rye ipa. After having had a HB blonde. Now the debate of "bed, or one more beer?"
