    Thanx everyone. Yeah I've heard 95-105 degrees F is the range just heard different amounts of water in different directions some say a cup others say 1/2 a cup.. And as far steps some say let sit 15 then stir then sit another 15 and pitch some say just wait 5 min then pitch others recommend...

    Do you guys recommend this?? I've seen videos on YouTube and I'm thinking of doing it for my second batch. I bought a northern brewer kit tht came with safale US -05 ale yeast which on the packet says PITCHING: sprinkle into wort. Does this mean I can't rehydrate or shouldn't?

    First batch carbonation issues

    Just cracked open and tried first batch of home brew after it sitting for 2 weeks. Some bottles carbonated well others not at all.. And taste very flat ? What Can I do to avoid this next time.

    Newbie looking for good source for recipes

    New to brewing and not experienced enough to really build my own recipes. I do have a good idea of the styles I like to drink and would like to make. I'd feel more comfortable getting a detailed and tested recipe. What source can I find on the web outside of here.
