how big of a freezer are you going to use? how many taps do you plan to run? There are some great pics of freezer kegerators with 6 or more taps in the collar on this site. That would not be an easy feat with draft towers.

Here's one I did for a friend.

I've used coconut in a double chocolate stout. I used one cup of toasted coconut flakes in secondary for the 5 gal. batch and it added slight flavor and aroma. Racking to the bottling bucket was not real fun, I would recommend using a sanitized mesh bag on the cane tip.:tank:

Yooper you should get someone to turn you a mini hockey stick handle for one tap and a puck for the other.

+1 for the welding gloves I also cook with cast iron skillets and dutch ovens and those welding gloves do a wonderful job.
