    What are you drinking now?

    I'm drinking an Irish Creme Ale. It's not my best effort, but still very tasty. The best 5 gallons I ever brewed was a "Who's In the Garden Grand Cru Ale" from The New Joy Of Homebrewing and I'm brewing it again tomorrow morning. My yeast starter will be good by then! How will I sleep?

    United States ... I ferment ale in my basement, where I also sleep. With this fine device I'd know exactly how uncomfortable I am and how comfortable my yeasties are.

    Thanks. I will do that! I guess I wasn't specific enough. It's the process of contest entry that has me a little nervous. Things like timing, packaging, how to get entries there, stuff like that.
