Guys - I am making a HERMS setup, but want to still use my rectangular MLT. Does anyone know of any threads or have any ideas on the best way to make a re-circulation intake on the top of the cooler? Cheers!

What did you use for the return line that goes back into the MLT? I have a rectangular cooler also and am trying to think of a way to make a return in the top.

Jay - I just got a keggle and am making it into a mash tun. I'm looking at the 15" hinged FB - does this FB just sit flat at the bottom of the keg? Does it HAVE to have a stand? I'm a bit puzzled about what the FB sits on.

So, my first batch bottled ran into some problems. I was unprepared, being my first bottling, and did not have enough bottles, 15% of the bottles I had were bloody twist offs (noticed that too late), and my cheesy wing capper seemed to being working against me rather than for me. With that...
