    Tap not flowing right?

Independent regulators, no split... I have it set at 12psi.

    Tap not flowing right?

Last night I added a keg to the second tap on my new kegerator. For some reasons it's not pouring smooth. Instead it seems to be gurgling out, much like the flow of a milk jug turned completely upside down. There doesn't seem to be any leaks that I can see. I have the same exact setup on Tap...

Opps - lid was left on!

Opps - lid was left on!

I just put this batch into secondary a few days ago.... definitely had a nasty DMS flavor. Do you guys think this will actually clear out over a few/several months? (Thankfully, I expected this one to be bad so I made another batch, which also went in secondary and tastes fine... so i'm good...

    Going to Chicago

I'm disappointed with the lack of Bangers & Lace mentioned in this thread... they are family welcome during the day, and the food is Michelin rated. http://bangersandlacechicago.com/ You also gotta stop by Piece Brewery & Pizzeria, it's within walking distance of B&L (or one train stop). All...

    Thermostat Bypass/Replacement?

I tried adding the potentiometer to the black temperature wires. After adjusting the knob and testing the results over time, I was successful in offsetting the temperature sensor's voltage. The thermostat was reading 10degF higher than the actual internal temp (eg thermostat reads 45, internal...

    Buffalo Wild Wings

Well if you think about it, people like us aren't really their target audience. And I'd imagine this ad showcases what their target audience already thinks of 'homebrewing.' While it is a low blow, i'm not surprised given their brand image and bush league beer list.

Opps - lid was left on!

Was hoping to have this batch ready in time for a halloween party... guess I'll make a new one this weekend to be safe.

Opps - lid was left on!

Last night we started an AG pumpkin ale... Long story short...I handed off duties after the mash and due to some miscommunication on my part, the lid was left on the kettle during the boil. It's in the primary and already ticking like crazy. With 20lbs of 2-row/victory, is it safe to assume...

    Thermostat Bypass/Replacement?

I read on an old post on another forum that adding a 1M-Ohm Potentiometer to the Thermometer wires (Black only) would allow adjustment of the thermometer, tricking the thermostat into making the unit colder... not sure if that is a good solution though. Also found the wiring diagram for this unit:

    Thermostat Bypass/Replacement?

It's a Vissani/masterchef beverage cooler. I haven't look too much around the compressor yet but I did take a photo of the stock thermostat wiring. By process of elimination, I'm assuming the thicker Red/Blue/Brown wires connect to the compressor. Any way of finding out which wires of those 3...

    Thermostat Bypass/Replacement?

I recently picked up a 6 cu. ft. beverage cooler for a steal, and I plan on using as a kegerator. But I have recently been having trouble keeping temp (surprised?). The internal thermostat is digital/automatic and won't allow you to set it below 39degF. I wouldn't have an issue with having it...

    Multiple Blow Off Tubes?

Sorry if this has already beed asked, I didn't see it when doing a search. I've recently switched to only using blow off tubes, but sometimes I have multiple batches fermenting at once. Is it safe for me to feed all of the blow off tubes into one bucket of sanitized water, or is there too...
