    securing a cable plug enclosure

Look for a strain relief for whatever size cable that is. Might need to trim something to work with what you have, or use a smaller dinater cable (or a different plug that works with that cable).

    Keezer CO2 setup, help needed!

You can get a CO2 bulkhead - 1/4 They sell a shorter one as well if that is too long. I would connect your CO2 tank to that, then inside your keezer use a manifold to distribute the CO2 to however many kegs you need. If you need to control the pressure of each line individually then use a...

    Bad experience with a Fermentemp

Why? You've been rude and impossible to deal with - why would you expect the same in return?

Used keezer, deal or no deal?

Now you're gonna have a bunch of people camped out in your driveway for a week hoping to get it 😂

    grinder/stuffer recommendation?

Also, I do like my Kitchenaid stand mixer grinder attachment. I got the all metal one, not the plastic. If you have a stand mixer it's worthwhile. Otherwise a manual one might be better as standalone motorized ones can be spendy.

    grinder/stuffer recommendation?

There isn't a finish on that grinder, it's just made from stainless. How well it holds up depends on what exact type of stainless it's made from, and if it's actually made from whatever the manufacturer says it's made from.

Used keezer, deal or no deal?

Keep in mind that home depot cuts aren't super accurate most times, so it may affect how square your collar is. If you want mitered joints then definitely don't have them cut it. Just FYI, so you don't waste money on wood that they cut poorly.

    Abv question

I've had a few "mead seltzers" that are around 6%. They're fine, but nothing like an actually mead.

    Need a 1/4" flare elbow for CO2 line - can't find anywhere

Thanks. Definitely forgot those washers the first time around, lol. I should be able to find a 90 that will work given that info.

    Need a 1/4" flare elbow for CO2 line - can't find anywhere

I'm using a 1/4" flare bulkhead on my keezer to pipe the CO2 inside. The issue is that my keezer is in a pretty tight space and I don't have room for a straight fitting, I really need a 90* elbow. I haven't been able to find anything like that at any homebrew shops so far. I have found some...

is there any way I can save my beer?

I think your best chance of success is to leave it and see what happens. Next best is to add some extra extract (boiling it for a few to sanitize) to get back to your target gravity. If it were me I'd just leave it and see what happens. You're too far along to just dump it... Give it a go and...

Whats the Weirdest Flavor (or Ingredient) you have brewed with

I love sorachi ace, I also used it a lot when it first came out. I made a couple of fantastic beers using that.

    My keg Fits in sideways

For that price you can get a chest freezer that's easily twice the size. Temp controllers are cheap.

    Star san in my fermenter

It should be fine, definitely won't hurt you. It lowered the pH of the wort a bit which may cause some issues but that's a maybe.

Keezer no longer reaching target temp

Yes, unless you can fix it yourself it's cheaper to just buy a new freezer. Having a tech just walk in your door will cost $150.

Keezer no longer reaching target temp

Could be bad coils, or you lost refrigerant and it's unable to keep up now.

My First Brew, getting worried about my yeast colony.

Give it another day or two before worrying.

    Corney Keg Post

A 7/8" 12 point socket/wrench will fit. My combination wrench is 12 point on the closed end side and it works well. Otherwise a 12 point socket works (might need a deep well).

    Another mediocre beer...getting frustrated

At the end of the day, if you haven't brewed an awful beer, you just haven't brewed long enough. There will be some bad ones here and there, and those are learning moments. Good beer is built on the foundation of bad and so-so and not bad beer. Central Europe didn't get good at it overnight and...

    Another mediocre beer...getting frustrated

4th brew? Keep going. It's like playing an instrument. You're not awesome at it right off the bat. It'll take some time and fine tuning to get things going. Your processes will change and adapt and each beer will get a little better (with caveat that some of them will be a lot worse in between 😂).
