You are fine. The idea for the corn sugar here is to add alcohol and lighten the body. Whether you add it at 60 or 10 it still does the same thing. 10 just reduces the chance of caramelization. Don't add more.

sweet. The title made me think they were doing flights at target! Whole foods opened their in store beer bar, when I was living in NYC and man it was pretty sweet going grocery shopping with the wife.

Pectic enzyme would help.

Perfect example, tart side of the moon, infected batch turned out to be a hit.

Never dump. Seriously just see what happens. Great things can come from mistakes. You will know if it is ruined after you carb and taste it.

John I'd be happy to. I posted a thread offering my services in exchange for beer! I just don't want to make it a money transaction, rather just a trade! Thought it would be fun.

I have tried what was still in the keg from bottling. About 5 beers left in there, I ran out of good bottles. But it is probably the best I have ever made in my 4 plus years of brewing. Only waxed 6 of each. Orange is the same stout but with a local roasted coffee Blue is just the bourbon...

How is this? Realized it said brewery not brewing co. but you get the idea.
