    New 10 Gallon Herms! Pics!

I am not Pol, but he has used 25ft copper pre chiller from B3. It would seem a waste to use 50ft IMO. He only has a few degree difference between the HLT and the MLT.

    New 10 Gallon Herms! Pics!

Here is my starter parts list. I am not going to guarantee it is correct, but this what I have so far. Anybody can take it and revise it also. New 10 Gallon Herms! Pics!

Hey pol had a question about the loc line. I know you use 1/2 inch for it to match the disconnects, but confused on how much, or what tip to get. (sorry never fly sparged or had experience with these connections) I went mcmaster, but I see a lot of connections, and want to make sure to order...

    Shiner Cheer

I noticed most shiner beers look good in a glass color wise, but suck in flavor and mouthfeel.

    Second Batch Terrible!!!

Dont feel bad. My first batch was a partial mash. Scorched the extract, and missed my final gravity. It tasted like half water, half heff after carbing! 2nd time was revenge on the first, or so I thought. Only this time I went all grain. I wound up missing my mash temp, oversparging after...

    Au Gratin potatoes went plop

LOL oh come on! Joking aside these are great potatoes. My BD gave them a salute of flatulence. PSSSSTT! Yeah I like Alton the most, but like stated he isnt really a chef. Bobby Flay I think does have an arrogant personality, and I do agree on the whole squirt bottle thing. Emeril cooks...

    Au Gratin potatoes went plop

So I get this le crueset large au gratin dish as a gift, and couldnt wait to try it out this Thanksgiving. My Au gratin potatoes with goat cheese that I made last year were great, and everybody wanted to eat them again. We made way too much food this year, and ran out of serving room on the...
