Mr Beer - Read all about it and ask questions

I made and split a moosedrool clone between yep me bet fermentors in early December. I went home from school for holiday and now I am back and wondering if the beer is oxidized... Does anyone have experience leaving beer in the vessels. For extended periods of time? Does it matter if I keg it...

    Carbonation

I use 3/4 tsp per bottle, but I think most brewers will tell you 1/2 tsp.

Did you start with a Mr.Beer kit?

I started with one. Then I got another and split coopers recipes between the two. Then I got a third from a buddy, then started splitting all grain batches in half. Just got a 5 gal bucket 6.5 gal carboy and keg setup! =) :mug:

    Man, I love Apfelwein

Just filled a 5 gallon farm n fleet bucket with 14 cans of frozen applejuice concentrate, 2 lbs light brown sugar, and 2 tsp yeast nutrient. I used premier cuvée. Its got a nice brown color to it compared to the yellow goodness of Ed's original recipe I am drinking out of my new keg setup. :mug...

    Fruity Pebbles?

I made a dubbel with fruity pebbles and it came out one of the best I've brewed. Not sure if the pebbles had much to do with it, but I'm going to do another 2 gallon batch of it.

I just received my keg! It came pressurized? Is there something special I need to do to unpressurize it? Or just put on the disconnects to drain it?

I have a keggorator my buddies used for budlight, how do i upgrade?

I don't know why there are 1/4 in and 5/16th inch disconnects. I'm pretty confused... I am going with a pinlock keg from keg connection. What do I need for disconnnects? Keg connection doesn't have a barbedliquid out, only mlt. I am confused by all of the different options, does it really...

    *** Cheapest Online Merchants ***

I love brewmasterswarehouse, how they label the crushed grains with grain contents as well as your recipe name. I'm glad to hear they have a good crush because I am always wondering about that since I BIAB! I've also enjoyed NB, and Midwestsupplies. I am looking to order a keg in the next...

Great! I will be careful about going over 150 then. I will try to keep it between 148-153. I brew on an electric stove indoors so I don't have the best temp control.

I'm actually trying to get my kegging system figured out now too.
