@Blackdirt_cowboy and @mirthfuldragon your shipments arrived today, both in good order. MD I like the cans...I was going to try and can my batch, I have a local buddy with a seamer, but he only does 16oz cans. I couldn't find a small lot of 12oz cans for one batch and didn't have enough beer...

Got the group 2 fruitcake beer bottled tonight, will label pack and ship over the next few days and probably ship on Monday. Having one of the @JDXX1971 2017 fruitcake beers as a reward...damn fine beer my friend.

I did the gruit last year...I only ended up with 4-5 extra bottles for myself, and I wished I had more, because I really enjoyed it...just something very different.

I was going through my hoard of beers downstairs and found a handful of beers I received in 12BOC 2017 and 2016. I tried at least one of each one I received, but apparently got a little carried away with saving them for a later date. So yeah...three is plenty for me since its apparently taking...

And yes, the beer might be a little different than the recipe intended, but if you take care of it properly from here on it will be very drinkable. :rock:

Everyone who brews AG will end up there eventually (well maybe not those BIAB heathens :D ) 1. If the cause of your "stuck mash" was actually a line blockage, rice hulls are not going to fix that. It's likely you just caught it enough to lift it a bit while stirring, and once there was a gap...

You don't need separate bottles, but you will need a multi-body regulator to get two different pressures from a single bottle. Something like this...
