new to brewing so probably ectract for now but if you have the other I will learn, thats the benefit to being new is the amout of beer you can drink on your journey to learn

looking at making a moosedrool clone brewed out of missoulla mt, black dog ale clone out of bozoman mt or a pilsner urquell out of czech, anybody have any close clones

I was wonderring if a standard 5gallon water bottle the type you would use for a water despensor/ purifier would work ok with a rubber stopper as a fermentor

new to brewing, question why would you pitch on top of a existing cake would you not just dump it out and start over, if you dso use existing does it effect flavour??????
