Not trying to hijack your thread Alastairblake. I just wanted to show you that the cones will come with healthy early plants.

Here are mine as of last Friday. Already at 10 ft with full cones on the cascade and columbus but I live in SC and we have no winter. These are 4 year old plants and I've never cut them once they started growing every year.

Wow I'm surprised you didn't get any offers at Probrewers.com. I just bought a system from there used forum out of California shipping to SC or I would have taken a look at yours. Good luck or just start brewing!!!!
