    Had this bad boy last night. Hadn’t seen it in a while. Glad it’s back, but I’m still not sure where I land on canned Belgian beer. I just never feel like the carbonation is quite where it needs to be. That said, wonderful beer!

    Right, there is a definitely minerality to it as well, it’s not just acidity. It’s both. Which is even more intriguing because I feel like the trend lately has been moving away from mineral-heavy water profiles. 🤷🏻‍♂️
