    They are an old turkey cooker pot cut into 3 pieces. We will see how the aluminum holds up. So far no problems at all. They are aluminum so no tacking just bolts. :)

    Isn't this a pretty picture. Brown ale on right bubbling away. IPA on left just pitched, expecting the need of the blowoff tube.

    The back and bottom are wide open plenty of venting. Brewed on it today no problems with heat what so ever. Did have a couple of issues with the rims setup, the tube is on the back of the pump box. Have the heating element linked to the wrong pump. Also had a strike temp issue but i'll mark it...

    The sparge arm worked rather well. The head is a brass 1/2 to 1 inch fitting plugged. It flowed very even off the stainless plate.

    Silver soldered with stay brite. Even the stainless plate to the brass fitting. Still need to add a 90 and male stainless cam lock to the top. Has a nice fit to the brass mount so it can be adjusted up and down. It will also rotate to the side to stir the mash. Should work slick with my rims...

    Decided to leave the pumps and rims tube on the portable control box. The brewstand was getting to heavy to be portable.

    Ok better now? Next: I need to dimple and solder the MLT and BK.
