I agree! I'm leaning more towards that my taste buds for IPA's have changed quite a bit. I'm not really enjoying it this year.

Here's my second version. Enjoying this more than the first which I used the OP's original recipe. Citra/Mosaic/Simcoe with just slight changes to the grain bill. 1318 for the yeast and 100 sulfate 150 chloride.

Actually 7.5 is perfect for 5 gallon brewers. I use BSG 7.8 gallon buckets and I don't know how people do it on anything smaller. I also brew to get 5 gallons in the keg too though which is usually 5.5 into the bucket to start.
