    So I got this corny keg for free and I am trying to fix ti up for use, but it has a few problems. First off the air side dip tube is different than all my other kegs. It's skinnier in diameter and there's no o-ring on it. It actually sit down in the fitting instead of on top of the fitting...

    It looks like corny keg only sells coke kegs though. Even the ball locks are just converted coke kegs. So you'll getting short fatties instead of tall skinnies.

    Will the beer be contaminated? It sat w/o a lid for at least a few hours.

    I just boiled a new brew yesterday and it's in the primary fermenter. sometime overnight last night the airlock became clogged and the top blew off the bucket. When I got up this morning before work I cleaned out the air lock and out the lid back on hoping all would be well. When I just got home...
